Still more news from omahacricket.org, where Bhaskar Krishna and his team have made a big difference in 2011:
The Omaha Cricket Club/Omaha Youth Cricket Association conducted a seven week (two days/week) summer camp for 58 students for the age groups under 7 (Colts), 7-10 ( Broncos) and 11+ ( Mustangs). After the camp, OCC organized a tournament and also presented the students with OCC Level I training course certification. This event was a grand success with more than 50 parents participating. OCC has received dozens of calls from parents asking about next year's edition.

OCC/OYCA also conducted "How to Play Cricket / Rec's Kids Club House" and "The Story of Cricket / One World Many Stories" at the Saddlebrook Community Center, Saddlebrook Elementary School and Omaha Public Library. 100 Students from the community center, 80 students from the school and 15 students from the library participated, along with 15 teachers.
