Portsmouth, Virginia Schools Introduce Cricket

Sandeep Karwa and Anthony Sahadeo of the Hampton Roads Cricket Club visited with Physical Education teachers of the Portsmouth (VA) schools on August 31. The teachers were given a quick lesson in cricket before receiving their American Cricket Champ sets. Sharon Moore, Supervisor for Health, Physical Education, Wellness and Athletics said that a follow-up session is being planned to give the teachers even more cricket training.
