Loudoun County, Virginia Starts USYCA Cricket Program

Siva Narapareddy, President of the Virginia Youth Cricket Association, met with sixteen Loudoun County school PE representatives on April 9 at Tuscarora High School in Leesburg to introduce the sport of cricket in the Loudoun County Public Schools. The cricket sets were provided by USYCA  and the program was very well received by all the PE staff who seemed eager to take it forward.

There are around 90 schools in Loudoun County; Siva and his team at VYCA already have another session planned for other schools in the county.
